Our services include:

  • If yours is a start-up business we will develop basic  HR processes (free of charge) to get you started and to ensure legal compliance
  • If yours is an established SME, we conduct an audit (free of charge) on your current HR processes and make recommendations to ensure you have the “essentials” in place. In addition, we deliver a one-day awareness workshop (free of charge) to your management team on their responsibilities as people managers and current best HR practice to ensure legal compliance and consistent, fair and equitable treatment of employees

We deliver our service:

  • on a project, daily or hourly rate when designing, developing and implementing the solutions recommended following our free audit.
  • on a retained basis whether or not an audit is undertaken and solutions implemented.

A retained service is a cost-effective method of managing your HR needs. A monthly fee ensures that at any time during the month you receive advice, guidance and support on all your HR related issues ranging from helping you to deal with a problem you have with an employee (e.g. grievance, poor conduct, poor attendance, poor performance) to writing a contract of employment.

As each business is different so is the amount of support required.  Therefore we will work with you and set a realistic amount of hours you will need to purchase per month. Your requirements will be reviewed regularly.
